Job Responsibilities
1. Project planning and operation, construction organization and design, project (engineering) operation and management;
2. Pre-project demonstration, drawing review and preparation for start-up;
3. Budget, Cost Control, Material Purchase, etc.
4. Coordination among different majors and units;
5. On-site control of project progress, quality and safety.
Job Requirements
Education and professional requirements: Engineering management, engineering technology and other related majors, bachelor's degree or above.
Work experience and skill requirements: Five years or more in the same kind of positions in real estate development enterprises, with project whole process management and control experience, understand the real estate approval and construction process, familiar with the relevant laws and regulations of the state and local, proficient use of project, excel, CAD and other related software and tools.
